# How to zip and share FenixPyre windows client logs?

**Pre-requisite:** Ensure FenixPyre Windows Client already installed on your workstation/device/system.

**Steps to Zip and Share Logs:**

1. **Open the FenixPyre Windows Client:**

   * Go to the **System Tray** (usually located in the bottom-right corner of your screen).
   * Click on the **FenixPyre Windows Client** icon to open the application.

2. **Zip the Logs:**

   * In the FenixPyre application window, click on the **Actions** button.
   * From the dropdown menu, select **Zip FenixPyre Logs**.

3. **Verify Log File Creation:**
   * All logs will be compressed into a file named **FenixPyreLogs.zip** and saved automatically on your **Desktop**.
   * You will see a confirmation message indicating the logs were zipped successfully.

4. **Share the Log File:**
