How to zip and share FenixPyre windows client logs?

Pre-requisite: Ensure FenixPyre Windows Client already installed on your workstation/device/system.

Steps to Zip and Share Logs:

1. Open the FenixPyre Windows Client:

   • Go to the System Tray (usually located in the bottom-right corner of your screen).

   • Click on the FenixPyre Windows Client icon to open the application.

   
2. Zip the Logs:

   • In the FenixPyre application window, click on the Actions button.

   • From the dropdown menu, select Zip FenixPyre Logs.

   
3. Verify Log File Creation:

   • All logs will be compressed into a file named FenixPyreLogs.zip and saved automatically on your Desktop.

   • You will see a confirmation message indicating the logs were zipped successfully.

1. Share the Log File:

   • Send the generated FenixPyreLogs.zip file to the FenixPyre support team for further assistance.
