# How to download a file

**Option 1: Download a Particular File**

1. **Locate the File**
   * Open the shared link and find the file you want to download.
2. **Open the "More Info" Menu**
   * Click on the **three dots** next to the file name.
3. **Click on Download**

   * Select **Download** from the dropdown.

   * The **decryption progress** will be shown in a bottom toast notification.
   * Once decryption is complete, the file will be automatically downloaded to your local storage.

**Option 2: Download All Files in the Shared Link**

1. **Navigate to the Shared Link**
   * Open the shared link where the files are stored.
2. **Click on the Download Button**

   * Click the **Download** button among the top-right action buttons.

3. **Accept Access Authorization Terms**

   * A modal will appear requesting you to **accept the access authorization terms and conditions**.
   * Review and click **Accept and Continue** to proceed.

4. **Receive the Download Link**
   * A **ZIP file** containing all the files in the shared link will be created.
   * You will receive an email with a **download link** to the ZIP file.

#### **Important Note**

When downloading a file, it will first **decrypt** the content and then proceed to download the decrypted copy. In the case of downloading all files, they will be decrypted and compiled into a single ZIP file for you to download.
