# How to collect FenixPyre agent logs

1. **Open the FenixPyre Tray App**
   * Locate the **FenixPyre Tray App** in the system tray (bottom-right corner of the screen).
   * Click on the **FenixPyre icon** to open the menu.
2. **Click on "Actions"**
   * In the menu, find and click on the **"Actions"** option.
3. **Select "Zip FenixPyre Logs"**

   * From the dropdown, click **"Zip FenixPyre Logs"**.

4. **Locate the Zip File on the Desktop**
   * The log files will be automatically compressed into a zip file and saved on your **Desktop**.
