How to collect FenixPyre agent logs

1. Open the FenixPyre Tray App

   • Locate the FenixPyre Tray App in the system tray (bottom-right corner of the screen).

   • Click on the FenixPyre icon to open the menu.

2. Click on "Actions"

   • In the menu, find and click on the "Actions" option.

3. Select "Zip FenixPyre Logs"

   • From the dropdown, click "Zip FenixPyre Logs".

4. Locate the Zip File on the Desktop

   • The log files will be automatically compressed into a zip file and saved on your Desktop.
